MACC and Ball State University’s School of Art have partnered to present a series of professional development talks and workshops for artists throughout 2017 and 2018. The fifth event in the series brings multi-disciplinary artist Breanne Trammell.

Breanne Trammell will discuss her personal work and public projects that have engaged community, participation, and DIY organizing or programming as it pertains to the visual arts. Trammell is a multi-disciplinary artist and Friday Night Lights enthusiast. Her work has been widely exhibited, and she has been an artist-in-residence at the Women’s Studio Workshop, Ox-Bow School of Art, Kala Institute, the Wassaic Project, among others. Trammell received her MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and is an Assistant Professor of Fine Arts at the University of Cincinnati. Learn more about her work at www.breannetrammell.com.

This event is FREE and open to the public. Doors open at 7 PM. Trammell will speak at 7:15 PM then take questions from the audience. PlySpace is located at 608 E Main St. Parking is available in the lot immediately adjacent to the building at the northeast corner of Main and Monroe streets in downtown Muncie. The entrance for the PlySpace Gallery faces the parking lot.
