That One Film Festival

That One Film Festival is dedicated to screening and exhibiting works of moving image that are experimental, weird, obsessive, no/low budget, avant-garde and fun.

We are committed to supporting emerging and experimental creators, as well as engaging and educating audiences by facilitating film screenings and broadening an understanding of what moving image can be. We enthusiastically encourage and invite experimental filmmakers, emerging artists, students and other creators to exhibit their work and engage the Delaware County community. That One Film Festival aims to contribute to the advancement of the art form and to broaden the understanding and appreciation of moving image in our region.

The biennial festival is a program of MuncieArts and takes place in Muncie, Indiana. The next festival will take place in 2024.
