Project Statement:

My project is called “The Kingdom” after the animal kingdom. What interests me about the animal kingdom is that it’s so diverse, much like the human race. Each animal has their own uniqueness and differences but collectively they make up the animal kingdom. And we as people have our own uniqueness and differences that collectively make us the human race.

Artist Biography:

My name is Maylanna. I am 33 years old. I lived in Muncie most of my life. I started painting, drawing, and crafting in elementary school and have loved it ever since. *Every pigment has a purpose*
