Please Welcome Our New Program Coordinator!

Lexi Musselman joined our MuncieArts team early on this Spring! She recently received her MA in Social Practice Arts from the University of Indianapolis, and graduated from Ball State University in 2017 with her BFA in painting. She will be assisting with all of our programs including PlySpace, Box!Box!, public art, and much more!

Lexi is a native of Indiana, growing up in Logansport with an affinity for the arts from an early age. She is passionate about the transformative potential of the arts for communities and individuals alike. An artist herself, her administrative experience ranges from fine art settings such as Manifest Gallery and the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, Ohio to independent arts and culture work throughout central Indiana. Lexi enjoys working with fellow creatives and is committed to building opportunities for local artists. Her skillset ranges from professional and technical writing, marketing, entrepreneurship, creative programming initiatives, and grant writing. She is excited to bring this experience and her perspective to MuncieArts.

Lexi just relocated from Indianapolis to Muncie with her three beloved cats. When she’s not working on MuncieArts programs, you can find Lexi rollerskating along the Greenway, coordinating a DIY video art collective, or lurking in local coffee shops drinking tea.
